CLINICAL SUPERVISORS

Fernanda Williams, MS BCBA

CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

I received a bachelor of science in the field of psychology from the university of California, Irvine. I began working in the field of applied behavior analysis in 2012 as a behavior therapist. I was fortunate to work with different cultural backgrounds, where I took an interest in cultural awareness within the field of aba. I then became  a BCaBA and worked as a case supervisor and parent trainer. While working as a parent trainer I discovered that including a client and their family into every decision creates a team with the same goal, resulting in success. In 2019 I obtained a masters degree in applied behavior analysis from the professional school of Chicago. Shortly after, I became a BCBA and continue to work with children and adolescents and making a positive  contribution into their  life. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my kids and husband, reading and baking.
